The company Cirtek (hereinafter "the publisher") publishes a brochure site www. studio-cirtek.com (hereinafter, the "site").

These general conditions of use (hereinafter "CGU "), subject to French law, are intended

to govern the use of the site.

The company Cirtek holds all the rights intellectual property relating to the site.

In accordance with article L122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code, the exploitation, not previously authorized by CIRTEK , for any reason whatsoever, of all or part of the site may be the subject of any appropriate action, in particular of an infringement action.

FRIGOULETTE ® is a trademark registered by the publisher with the National Institute of Industrial Property, registered under number 4484829 .

2- Hypertext links

The site may contain hypertext links to other sites present on the Internet. Links to these other resources will take you out of the site. The publisher declines all responsibility for the content of these third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for the use that may be made of them by users.

It is possible to create a link to the presentation page of the site without the express authorization of the publisher.

No authorization or request for prior information may be required by the publisher with regard to a third party site which wishes to establish a link to the publisher's site.
